This particular track was written by Derek in the comfort of our university residence. One could say that all-nighters weren't solely used for completing unfinished assignments; the music and melody to "Scribbles" were composed in one night and are still, for the most part, unchanged today. The piece has since grown into the project of our quartet. Nestled in the melancholic ambiance are some wonderful, imposing vocal harmonies which have been brought into the spotlight in this particular edit. These are early dormitory recordings from 2008, using early dormitory equipment from inside a few closets. Please feel free to download the track and share it with your friends.
